Summer has arrived in Denmark

Summer has definitely arrived in Denmark. For the past three to four weeks we've had the perfect, warm summer weather that Denmark is known for, and the Danes are out in droves enjoying the country's beautiful nature. Along the thousands of kilometres of white sandy beaches, you'll find happy Danes sunbathing, picnicking and swimming in the sea, and in the beautiful city parks people are hanging out with family and friends creating memorable moments of "hygge" during the long bright summer evenings, while grilling and maybe enjoying a cold beer.
Just a few weeks ago, we had some of our agents from around the world come to Denmark to experience first hand what the Danish summer has to offer. We had some amazing days in great company on our trip around Copenhagen and Northern Zealand, and with days full of sunshine and blue skies while out on the bike routes, we had a great ride through the lush Danish countryside.
It was a trip full of wonderful experiences where we visited both castles, monestaries, art museums, national parks and The Danish Riviera. That, together with daily afternoon stops for coffee and cake at cosy countryside cafés, enjoying each other's happy company, and watching the sun set over the water at the end of the long, bright summer evenings, we have given our agents the true Danish experience full of summer "hygge", that we hoped to share with them.
